How do I customize a survey email sent from the Panorama platform?

NOTE:  This article only applies if you have access to Panorama's survey create tools. If you seem an 'Admin' button on the top right-hand corner of your screen, then this article is for you. 

If you are planning to email your surveys directly to respondents ( optional for students and families, default for staff and teacher surveys) and would like to customize your message, you can do so directly in the platform. 

Once your surveys are live and ready to be distributed, click on the "Send email" button, this will show you a confirmation message where you can click on the "use a custom email" checkbox. This will open the message content editor tool that will allow you to make any edits to the content of the email or use a totally custom message. You can preview your message before sending to make sure it looks good to you. Once your message is ready, click on the "Send surveys" button to send your survey email.

Please note that you won't be able to edit the survey link, the subject line or any other standard messaging components. The email sender will be the Panorama Education Team. To learn more about the default messaging sent from the platform click here.
