Printing your survey report summaries

You are able to print summaries of student, teacher, and community surveys by taking the following steps:

  1. From the homepage click on a district, school, teacher, or course you are interested in seeing.
  2. (If you selected the district or a school) Select a respondent group and survey term at the top of the page.
  3. Click the 'Save as PDF' button.

These steps will download a printable PDF to your computer.

Printing student SEL reports

If your district ran student-level SEL surveys, our platform will generate individualized reports for each student. You are able to print a copy of this report by taking the following steps:

For a single student:

  1. Select a student from the drop-down menu on the homepage.
  2. Ensure the correct survey term is selected.
  3. Click on the 'Save as PDF' button.

These steps will generate a printable PDF. We encourage sharing this print-out with students and parents!

For all students in one course section:

  1. From the homepage, select a course section from the drop-down menu.
  2. Ensure the correct survey term is selected.
  3. Select the Students tab at the top of the page
  4. Click the 'Download all Reports' button.

A PDF that contains reports for all students in this course section will automatically download to your computer. Please note that, at this time, bulk printing of reports is only available at the course section level only.

Printing your bookmarks

You can print specific data points by using our bookmarks feature. To save and print bookmarks:

  1. Click the grey bookmark icon on a data point to save it to your bookmarks.

  2. Go to your bookmarks page by clicking the green bookmarks icon on the top right-hand corner of the screen.
  3. You can download all of your bookmarks by clicking on the grey menu at the top of the page. This menu will give you the option of downloading either in PDF or Powerpoint format. You can also download just one of your bookmarks by clicking the grey menu next to a single data point.
